Required fields are necessary for the related service. Without them we may be unable to answer, process an order or issue an invoice. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent purchases or enquiries.
Recipients and third-party services
Access is available to authorised staff/partners handling your request and hosting, security, email, payment and accounting providers to the extent needed. Payments are processed by the provider selected at checkout; we do not store full card details. Information may be supplied to competent authorities when legally required.
Optional Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Metricool services are described in the cookie policy. If allowed, their providers receive the relevant technical data and may process it outside the European Economic Area. Refer to their information on processing locations and protection mechanisms. You may ask iChipHost for details of specific recipients and applicable transfer safeguards, including a copy where provided for.
Retention
Retention depends on purpose and category: enquiries/quotes for handling and necessary records; contract, order and licence data for delivery, statutory record-keeping and potential claims; support data for completion and necessary continuity/evidence; security data for assessing incidents and protecting systems. A legal obligation or pending dispute may justify longer retention. Device-storage periods are listed separately in the cookie policy. Expiry of a support period does not automatically delete statutory accounting records.
Your rights
You may request access and a copy, correction, erasure or restriction where the conditions apply. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and request portability where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Use “Manage cookies” for cookie choices and info@ichiphost.gr for other requests.
We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions and notice where needed. Only information necessary to verify identity may be requested. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your location.
