Returns, Cancellations and Digital Delivery
iChipHost mainly provides digital products, modules, plugins, technical packages, downloads and services that are delivered electronically or activated through an account and license.
Before delivery
If an order has not yet been activated, no license has been issued and no access or download has been provided, you can contact info@ichiphost.gr immediately to request cancellation.
After digital delivery
For digital content, downloads, access codes, files, licenses or domain activations that have already been delivered or activated, refunds are not supported simply because the customer changed their mind. Exceptions apply in cases of a proven technical defect, incorrect charge or material difference between the product and its description.
When a refund is reviewed
- duplicate or incorrect charge
- a technical issue that makes the product non-functional and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- delivery of a different product from the one purchased
What is needed from the customer
For refund or cancellation requests, we may ask for the order number, purchase email, activation domain, screenshot or problem description and any technical details needed for diagnosis.
Response time
iChipHost reviews requests based on order data, access history, license status and the available technical details. For requests, contact us through the Contact page or at info@ichiphost.gr.
Domain-locked products
For products provided with a license or domain lock, the customer is responsible for declaring the correct domain. iChipHost may review a domain update request when there is a real environment change, migration or documented technical issue.
