This policy concerns consumers entering into distance contracts with iChipHost. A separate business agreement does not remove any rights imposed by law.

Withdrawal period and procedure
For services and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason. Any statutory extension resulting from missing information remains applicable.
Before the period expires, submit a clear statement through our online withdrawal function, email info@ichiphost.gr or send a letter to our address. An account and the model below are not mandatory. The online function lets you review the details before a separate confirmation of withdrawal. It provides a receipt containing your statement, date and time, available for download and sent to your stated email address.
Exception for paid digital content
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, withdrawal is lost after supply begins only where the statutory conditions have been met: your prior express consent to start before the period expires, your acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required confirmation on a durable medium such as email. General acceptance of terms, a preselected option or domain activation does not replace those conditions.
Services starting early
If you expressly request an early service start and withdraw after work begins, a proportionate amount may be due for services provided up to your statement, provided the information and express-request requirements were met. Loss of withdrawal upon full performance of a paid service also requires the applicable prior consent and acknowledgement. Contact us before ordering if you want a later start.
Refunds
Following valid withdrawal, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without fees resulting from the refund. Any lawful proportionate service amount is assessed against the work actually supplied. Online submission records when you exercised the right; subsequent handling does not change that time.
Product or payment problems
Rights relating to non-delivery, lack of conformity, required updates and incorrect/duplicate charges apply independently of withdrawal and the commercial support period. Send us the order number and a description so that we can assess the appropriate statutory remedy, such as bringing the product into conformity, reducing the price or terminating the contract where the conditions apply. There is no blanket “no refunds after download” rule.
