What we clarify in the written quote
We agree the available resources, service period, service and renewal costs, with VAT stated clearly. We clarify whether migration, email and technical support are included, together with the backup and recovery process. Availability, response times and additional work are defined in the quote for your website.
LiteSpeed and performance: measure the actual website
The web server and caching are part of performance. Code, images, the database and available resources matter too. An old comparison chart or a technology name cannot establish how fast your website will be.
When performance improvements are part of the agreed work, we define the pages and functions to test. We compare equivalent measurements before and after, distinguish cached and uncached visits and check critical forms or checkout where applicable. We do not promise a particular score or a universal speed increase before assessing the website.
