These terms cover ichiphost.gr and purchases of digital products and services. The product description or written quotation forms part of the agreement. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Products, services and written quotations
We provide apps, plugins/modules, digital guides, website and WordPress/WooCommerce services, and computer support. Requested work starts with a written quotation setting out scope, deliverables, price, exclusions and commencement arrangements. Computer support offered through this site is remote. Additional work is agreed before it is charged.
Price, orders and payment
Before submitting an order, check the description, compatibility, installation/domain limit, service duration and total amount including taxes or other charges displayed at checkout. Paid purchases require payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order entry alone does not prove successful payment.
Free downloads provided through the shop use a zero-value order and, where requested, a customer account. No payment is required for an item offered as free. Buying or downloading does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
Digital delivery and compatibility
Delivery is electronic through an account download, secure link or access/activation details. No physical parcel is shipped. Where a licence is required, use is linked to the stated domain and activation limit. Read the platform and version requirements before buying; ask us first if information you need is missing. Do not submit passwords or card details in contact forms.
Licences, updates and support
The right to use a product, access to updates and technical support are separate benefits. For plugins described as one domain with 365 days, the initial purchase includes one domain activation and 365 days of updates and support. Expiry of that period does not by itself end the right to use the version already delivered. An optional renewal extends only the benefits and period stated in that offer; it is not an automatic charge without an applicable agreement.
Files, branding and accompanying works are protected under their respective licences. Any rights granted by an applicable open-source licence remain in force. Commercial activation or support controls do not remove those rights. “No activation key required” does not mean a work has no terms of use.
Withdrawal and statutory rights
Downloading a file or activating a domain does not automatically exclude withdrawal. Read our withdrawal and refund policy, immediate-supply conditions and model statement. The online withdrawal function is available without an account. A commercial support period does not limit statutory remedies for lack of conformity, including updates required by law.
Problems and applicable law
For delivery issues, duplicate charges or defects, email your order number and a short description to info@ichiphost.gr. Do not send full card details. Services do not guarantee search rankings, customer numbers or uninterrupted operation beyond specific agreed commitments. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Greek law applies without removing mandatory protection or jurisdiction available to consumers. You may also seek out-of-court assistance from the Greek Consumer Ombudsman where the case falls within its remit.
