Scope
Through ichiphost.gr, iChipHost may offer digital products, modules, plugins, technical packages, templates, guides, support or related services. Each offer is accompanied by its own description, key features, delivery method and, where required, license terms.
Order and payment
An order is considered completed when payment is successfully confirmed or when iChipHost confirms a specific business agreement. For some products, a user account and the registration of an activation domain may be required before delivery or license issue.
Delivery of digital products
Delivery is made digitally through a customer account, secure download, access delivery or license issue. For products that operate with licensing or domain lock, iChipHost may connect the license to the domain declared by the customer during purchase or activation.
Licenses
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the purchase provides a non-exclusive right of use according to the technical and commercial restrictions that accompany the specific product. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, mass reproduction or bypassing of licensing mechanisms is prohibited.
Support and updates
Where support, updates or technical assistance are provided, their duration and scope are defined by the product page, the order or a specific agreement. iChipHost is not obliged to provide custom development or extension beyond what is explicitly stated.
Returns and cancellations

Limitation of liability
iChipHost makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content and the correct technical operation of products and services. However, it is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or problems caused by third-party services, incompatible environments, incorrect installation or unauthorized interventions.
